Eurékon Strategy Development respects the privacy of visitors and individuals. We understand that your privacy is important and we are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice describes how we handle and protect personal data that we collect through our website and through our external business activities, such as recruitment processes and communications, where we act as a data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below we explain which personal data we collect, why we do so and how long we retain it.

Website traffic
We collect anonymized visitor data via WP Slimstat, including country of origin, browser language, visit duration and referring pages. No personally identifiable information such as IP addresses is stored. We use this data to gain insight into how visitors use our website, enabling us to improve and refine it. We retain this data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, with a maximum retention period of 12 months.

Contact by email
When you contact us via career@eurekon.nl, we process the personal data you share with us, such as your name and email address. We use this data to respond to your message and to facilitate further communication. We retain this data for as long as necessary to conclude the communication, after which it is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Applications
Candidates applying for a job or through the Kickstart programme share personal data with us, such as their name, email address, grade lists and CV. We use this data to assess the application and to keep candidates informed about the status of their application. We retain this data for the duration of the application procedure and delete it no later than four weeks after the procedure has been concluded.
