The case interview
A key part of our application procedure is the case interview. During this interview you will solve an issue together with one of us. For example, “Company A wants to play an important role in the energy transition. What is the best strategy?” or “How can company B optimally serve their passengers?”.
During the discussion, we take note of the way you think, structure, calculate, ask questions and process new information. And of course, whether it’s fun to work together. The ‘right’ answer is less important.

Application process
Do you wish to strengthen our team of top tier strategy consultants? Then apply now! Our procedure is divided into three steps:
- Send your CV and transcripts (pre-university + university)
- First round with two interviews
- Second round with two interviews
Consultants of Eurékon conduct the interviews that address motivation/ fit next to solving a case together. Many candidates plan an introductory meeting first to make our acquaintance. Note that we require professional working proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken).
